Through its strategic placement on different levels and planes, the dot reflects the tension between the near and the far, between the finite and the infinite. In some works, it is placed at a distant vanishing point, suggesting an expansion beyond the visible limit; in others, it moves closer to the foreground, inviting the viewer to focus on a specific detail.
